From beginning to end, Steve was amazing. Took his time, paid very close attention to detail, was not pushy, offered suggestions that made more sense, and the communication was constant. Steve's workers on site were absolutely great. True professional craftsmen that also cared about our home like it was theirs. Very polite and after working at our home for a couple weeks getting to know them, they are genuinely great guys as well. Steve and his crew from top to bottom rebuilt our home. Windows, siding, cedar porch posts, new front of home stone, facia, and gutters. They even replaced a ton of rotten wood behind the old siding and corrected many mistakes that the previous builder shortcutted. We are extremely happy with the professionalism, craftmanship, and the end result. We live on a corner at the entrance of a busy subdivision and we consistently receive compliments and for Premier's phone number. See for yourself in the before and after pictures. Steve did a fantastic job explaining options for new windows, the process, and following up during approval from my HOA and installation. The install was quick, and they left my home cleaner than when they started. I love my new windows; I highly recommend Premier!

Started with 3 of our bigger windows for our home. Premier bid it and we accepted. Living in a time where quality work and service is mostly a thing of the past, Premier has stayed with absolutely awesome work and service. Randy our rep was accessible, professional, patient, considerate and friendly! Our installer Jozeph did awesome on the installation of our first 3 windows! YES… we will be using them on the remaining windows for our home. Kudos for Premier!

Exceptional Service and Products! I researched a few big box stores and decided to check out local businesses to install new windows in our home. All I can say is “Wow”. Randy explained the replacement window process and procedure. Such a wonderful experience and seamless process of ordering the windows and sliding glass door and having them installed. Their crew worked together as a wonderful team and the windows and door were installed so quickly. We cannot believe how much heat etc were we losing to the poor quality of our original windows. They look absolutely stunning. Thank you Randy and Premier!

The Premier Window and Siding crew were amazing. There was no high pressure sales guy and the installation was easy and seamless. Communication was excellent and the installation crew was professional and efficient even when the weather didn't cooperate. Will recommend them to friends and family.

Pat was great to work with on the sales end. Always available to answer questions and make suggestions. Peter and his crew were fantastic during installation. The windows look great. Living in an older home there were some challenges they faced, but they handled them professionally. They were courteous and communicative. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows. So glad I didn't go with the larger companies that do inserts only. Definitely worth the slightly higher price.

Working with Randy and the install team was an absolute breeze! Randy listened to my needs and made a few recommendations based on my circumstances without being pushy. He was on time and stuck to timeframes and expectations set. The install team was polite, professional and did amazing work. I got 2 quotes from other national companies. One was almost 4x more expensive and the other was comparable but did not offer the streamlined, one contact service of Premier. I highly recommend connecting with Premier for windows and doors. I am beyond pleased with my new windows, patio door and overall experience.

I had checked around for new windows and doors. A friend of mine referred Pat Patel to me and he was amazing from the start. He came out, did the measuring, & immediately got me the quote that day. He not only educated me on new windows and doors, he invited me to the show room to see them firsthand. He walked me through everything every step of the way and anytime I had a question he was there to answer either via phone call or via text; weekends included!
